***Cancellations less than 24 hours and/or no shows will be charged $50*** This is an in-person renewal evaluation at the clinic for a medical cannabis card certification. New patient with a current medical cannabis card can renew their certification at Green Medical. Your Green Medical health forms must be completed 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
A fee of $50 will be charged if cancellation not made within 24 hours or more
