6 Month Follow-Up Telehealth

Service Description

This is a follow-up appointment via telehealth to discuss your medical cannabis treatment plan. In this visit, the plan of care will be discussed and if there are any changes needed to be considered in your medical cannabis treatment.

Cancellation Policy

A fee of $50 will be charged if cancellation not made within 24 hours or more
