***PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING*** MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE TO BOOK Get a 6 month card for only $75!!!!!!! ***A cancellation fee of $50 will be charged with less than 24 hour notice or a no show*** You much have one of the 21 qualifying medical conditions listed on the MS State Department of Health website in order to qualify. ***You will need medical records to support the qualifying medical condition. This is an in-person evaluation for your required initial 6 month follow-up. We will discuss how cannabis helps your qualifying condition, what types of cannabis you use to best suit your condition, and what are the most effective ways of using medical cannabis to assist in management of your symptoms.
